The luxurious meal begins with a colorful appetizer incorporating small portions of seasonal flavors, followed by a cold shabu-shabu salad made with Sangen pork, rich in the flavor of its fat, Miyazaki's specialty chicken nanban, and a platter of five kinds of fresh fish caught that morning.We also offer slow-cooked beef tendon stew, charcoal-flavored free-range chicken hotpot, and flavorful Hakata motsunabe hotpot.This is a Japanese course suitable for a banquet, where you can enjoy your meal to the very end with your choice of noodles, and finish off the meal with a relaxing sweet treat.
