Our seasonal specialties, "pork shabu-shabu" and "motsunabe," are made using carefully selected fresh ingredients and simmered in flavorful broth to create heartwarming dishes.You can also enjoy Kyushu specialties such as chicken nanban, domestic horse meat sashimi, and charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken thighs and chicken neck.
